About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at UV Skinz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various digital marketing channels and driving customer acquisition, improving marketing efficiency, and scaling the business.
Responsibilities
- Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Amazon Advertising oversight
- Bing/Microsoft Ads
- Criteo and emerging acquisition channels
- Attribution and reporting through Triple Whale
- Creative testing and campaign analysis
- Weekly performance reporting and recommendations
- Budget pacing and channel allocation
- Cooordination with creative, email, and retention marketing
Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google advertising
- Experience with ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands
- Comfortable analyzing attribution beyond platform-reported metrics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms preferred
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
