About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of our search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and analytics as part of our Media team. This individual-contributor role requires cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. The role partners closely with the broader Media team to meet KPIs, use data to drive decision-making, and test new strategies to improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead SEM efforts, including analyzing campaign data and translating it into actionable insights
- Manage and forecast SEM budgets, monitoring performance and alerting stakeholders when needed
- Collaborate with the broader team to identify objectives and implement digital ad strategies
- Ensure timely and accurate campaign implementation
- Design optimized experiences for targeted audience segments and develop a testing roadmap
- Develop, implement, and troubleshoot pixel and tracking tags, including documentation and testing
- Serve as the primary escalation point for troubleshooting campaign discrepancies and tracking issues
- Manage issues with reporting visualization tools and work with the Business Analytics team to resolve them
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- 5+ years of related experience in digital marketing
- Deep knowledge of PPC, tracking techniques, and data analysis
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets
- Comfortable reading and writing Google Appscript
- Experience managing large marketing budgets
- Cross-channel marketing experience
- Strong communication skills for audiences with varying levels of digital marketing knowledge

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and best practices
- Experience in the homebuilding industry
- Enterprise account management experience overseeing budgets greater than $1,000,000
- Experience with Big Query, Python, Machine Learning/AI, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Demonstrated success executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and ad landing page strategies
