Digital Marketing Manager
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have:
- About EDPNC (mission description) – could be "About the organization" but not listed as allowed heading. Allowed headings list includes "About the role". Not "About EDPNC". However we could treat "About EDPNC" as part of "About the role"? Probably not. The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples, but we should stick to those headings. However we can also include other headings if they are meaningful? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are the allowed headings. It also says: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we should only output sections that have content.
We have content for:
- About the role (the "About The Role" section). That's a heading.
- Responsibilities (the "What You’ll Do" section). That's responsibilities.
- Requirements (the "Requirements" section). That's requirements.
- Benefits (the "We Invest in Our People—Professionally and Personally." section). That's benefits.
- Schedule (the "Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (hybrid/office as applicable) Schedule: Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in office (based on business needs)").
- Possibly Pay? Not mentioned. So we should not include Pay.
- Qualifications? Could be part of Requirements; but we have separate Requirements. Qualifications maybe not needed.
- Skills? Not explicit separate; could be part of Requirements.
Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to strip out navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, etc. The given text doesn't have those except maybe "Apply Now Join us..." which is application instructions; we should remove application instructions. Also "Apply Now Join us in shaping North Carolina’s economic future!" is application instruction; remove.
Also "Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (hybrid/office as applicable)" and schedule line: we need to incorporate into Schedule section.
We need to keep the description of About EDPNC? That's not a section heading we have; maybe we can include it under About the role? But About the role currently is separate; we could merge About EDPNC into About the role as introductory paragraph. The About the role section currently includes "About The Role" paragraph. We could prepend the About EDPNC description as part of About the role? But the instruction says do not repeat job title as heading; but we can include other content. The About EDPNC is about the organization, not the role. There's no heading for organization; but we could still include it as a paragraph under About the role or maybe under a separate heading like "About EDPNC" but that's not in allowed list. Safer to incorporate it into About the role section as introductory context.
Thus About the role section will contain:
- The EDPNC mission description (About EDPNC) plus the "About The Role" paragraph.
We need to keep all substantive info: mission, partnership, etc.
Now Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do" bullet list (actually paragraphs). We'll convert each sentence or bullet into

- . The text includes multiple paragraphs under "What You’ll Do" with headings like Digital Strategy & Leadership, Email & CRM, etc. Those are subheadings but we are not to create extra headings unless they are from allowed list? We could treat them as part of responsibilities list items, maybe each bullet as a responsibility. We'll preserve the content.
We need to not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the subheadings as part of list items? Could wrap each responsibility area as a
- with the heading bold? But we cannot add extra HTML beyond
- and
. We could put the subheading as plain text inside the
- . That's fine.
Thus for Responsibilities we will create a
- with each responsibility area as a
- containing the description.
Similarly Requirements: we have bullet list; we will create
- for each.
Benefits: we have a paragraph describing benefits; we can keep as
inside Benefits section. Schedule: we have location and schedule line; we can put as
. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. First, About the role section:
About the role
[content]
