Position Summary

The Marketing Communications team at Milliman encompasses a wide range of omnichannel marketing experiences that amplify our firm’s client-tailored solutions. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our MarTech team as a versatile utility player who helps keep our marketing engine running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the publishing of consultant bios and photographs via SharePoint and Sitecore.
  • Build, update and maintain web pages (across all language versions) using our CMS, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand and optimized for performance.
  • Support the publishing and maintenance of product and solution pages, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Monitor site’s accessibility and quality assurance results and issues through Siteimprove and address items identified.
  • Support the development and maintenance of event campaign pages, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Own and manage relationship reassignments in CRM, including reassigning data when employees leave.
  • Support day-to-day CRM administration, including user license set up, troubleshooting basic system issues, responding to user inquiries, and coordinating with CRM support as needed.
  • Maintain and create clear process documentation and identify repetitive or inefficient processes and suggest improvements or workflow modifications.
  • Avoid taking on additional MarTech projects and ad hoc requests as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • CMS experience, preferably with Sitecore.
  • Website Analytics experience with Siteimprove, SEMRush or other analytics and keyword tools.
  • Familiarity with front-end website code and code libraries such as HTML, CSS.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and ClickDimensions.
  • Experience with or interest in learning Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with or familiarity with SharePoint.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of website accessibility standards.

Location

This is a remote role. The expected application deadline for this job is July 17th, 2026.

Compensation

The overall range for this role is $71,700 - $131,905. For candidates residing in: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the range is $82,455 - $131,905. All other locations the range is $71,700- $114,700. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
