About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist with a focus on Digital Health to join a hybrid team, working three days in a clinic and two days remotely.
Responsibilities
- Providing in-person outpatient care for diverse orthopedic and neurologic conditions
- Developing personalized treatment plans
- Making patient outcomes using advanced software
- Delivering telehealth evaluations
- Assessing patients remotely
- Supporting the growth of digital services
Requirements
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved program
- A Florida license or in process
- At least two years of outpatient experience
- PREFERRED: Experience with digital health services
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of digital health platforms
