Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual physical therapy services for diverse patient populations
• Develop personalized care plans and objectively measure patient outcomes using advanced software
• Deliver telehealth evaluations, assessments, and treatments via digital platforms
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and virtual care, supporting digital health program growth
• Collaborate with clinicians, support operations, and serve as a liaison to optimize remote services
• Maintain documentation, analyze regional service metrics, and participate in program development and marketing

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Florida PT license (or in process), with willingness to obtain licensure in other states
• At least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience
• Experience with digital health services preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills
