Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Provide in-clinic and virtual physical therapy services to diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
• Develop personalized care plans, objectively measure patient outcomes, and document evaluations and treatments.
• Utilize digital platforms to conduct telehealth visits, including assessments and treatment planning.
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), including interactive communication and remote monitoring.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support digital health service delivery, growth, and program development.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers, and the Digital Health team, optimizing remote services.
• Maintain data reporting and participate in marketing efforts related to digital health initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and current Florida PT licensure (or in process).
• At least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Experience with digital health services preferred.
• Dedication to quality patient care and effective communication skills.

Schedule

3 days in-person at the clinic and 2 days remotely.
