Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid

Role: Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist (Hybrid) Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy for diverse orthopedic and neurologic conditions.Develop and implement personalized care plans and objectively measure patient outcomes.Deliver telehealth evaluations, assessments, and treatments via digital platforms, including remote therapeutic monitoring.Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes efficiently.Support digital health program development, serve as a liaison between patients and clinicians, and optimize remote services.Collaborate with providers and management to enhance digital care delivery and meet patient needs.Maintain regional service metrics and participate in program development and marketing initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.Licensed or in process for Physical Therapy in Florida.Minimum of 2 years outpatient clinical experience.Experience with digital health services preferred.Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Details Hybrid role based in Temple Terrace, FL, working 3 days in clinic and 2 days remotely.Full-time position (40 hours/week, 5 days/week).Willingness to obtain licensure in other states and support digital health program growth.
