Digital Fundraising and Social Media Manager

About the role

This role is based in Boulder, CO and is 100% in-office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy, focusing on 1,000-5,000 donations ranging from $20-$250+
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content.
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies for maximum results.
  • Determine what's working and what's not, putting in place a test-and-optimize methodology that has us scaling results quickly.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and implement digital fundraising campaigns to achieve specific revenue and donor acquisition goals.
  • Cook up and execute organic social media campaigns and calendar.
  • Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent donor engagement and ultimately drive donations.

Content Development and Social Media

  • Report to and collaborate with the Director of Brand and Marketing Communications to uphold Greenhouse's brand standards.
  • Develop engaging content tailored to target audiences across social media (organic and paid), email, and website platforms.
  • Monitor trends in digital marketing and fundraising to enhance content strategies.
  • Execute organic social media campaigns and calendar.
  • Responsible for setting up and managing all campaigns for paid platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Identify and manage content partnerships including peer to peer fundraising and influencer marketing.

Analytics and Optimization

  • Create and maintain dashboards to report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Use insights to inform strategies for donor retention and acquisition.

Donor Engagement and Operations

  • Maintain accurate donor and campaign data in Salesforce.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital platforms with organizational systems like Monday.com and Salesforce.
  • Foster interaction and engagement with online donors, enhancing their long-term connection to Greenhouse.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
  • Experience setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns in key platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, as well as pulling analytics and putting timely reports together to assess and optimize performance.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and experience with project management software like Monday.com.
  • Enthusiasm for working from our Boulder office five days a week.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM system Salesforce.
  • Experience with digital advertising strategies and platforms.
  • Proven success in digital fundraising, including campaign development and donor engagement.
  • Passion for Greenhouse's mission and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000 per year
