What you'll do at Fall Creek

  • Digital Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across the B2B2C value chain
    • Lead all HubSpot marketing tasks and platform management
    • Spearhead 2026 website revamp and refresh projects
    • Manage direct report and collaborate with global marketing teams
    • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Social Media Management
    • Create content for Fall Creek's® social platforms
    • Establish annual and monthly social media calendars in alignment with marketing managers
    • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all regions and cultural markets
  • Campaign Execution
    • Plan and execute email campaigns for growers, retailers, and supply chain partners
    • Monitor campaign budgets and optimize performance
    • Support SEO/SEM initiatives and stay current with digital trends
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Partner with design team, regional managers, and external agencies
    • Cook up with product, customer service, and grower support teams

    What you bring to Fall Creek

    • Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Training
      • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or related field
      • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, brand management, and/or consumer strategy
      • Proven success with digital/social media strategies that deliver measurable business results
      • Experience managing teams and external vendor relationships
      • Proficiency in English and Spanish (both Written and Verbal)
      • Deep understanding of social media platforms and analytics/reporting
      • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content optimization strategies
      • Proficiency in HubSpot, social media management tools, and Google Analytics
      • Basic photo/video editing skills preferred (e.g. Canva)
      • Strategic thinking with strong project management abilities
      • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
      • Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset
      • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and managing multiple priorities
      • Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
      • Passion for digital innovation and staying current with industry trends
      • Global perspective and cultural intelligence for international markets

    About the role

    Fall Creek is a US-based company focused on blueberry genetics, plants, and grower support. Founded in Lowell, Oregon over 40 years ago, we now operate globally with wholly-owned nurseries in Mexico, Peru, Spain, South Africa, Netherlands, China, and Chile. Our mission is to support growers and the blueberry industry, ensuring they maximize success through our genetics, plants, and market intelligence.
