About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's digital and social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and manage company profiles on various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage content creation and scheduling for social media platforms.
• Monitor online reputation and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
• Experience with video editing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
