Responsibilities

• Assist customers with password resets and browser issues.
• Support customer online account opening processes.
• Provide support for Online and Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and Bill Pay.
• Support Cash Management Services for business customers.
• Review and maintain maintenance reports and agreements.
• Handle installation, maintenance, and support of Cash Management Systems.
• Process online wires, ACH, and Microdeposits.
• Maintain a solid understanding of legal and regulatory compliance.
• Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
• Support Electronic Banking Officer in other duties.
• Provide backup within the Electronic Banking Department.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• One to two years related experience
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and electronic banking products and services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Flexible and willing to learn new software systems

Prior Experience

• ACH Origination and Banking experience
