The Digital Banking Specialist is responsible for enhancing customer experiences through innovative digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital banking strategies to improve user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new digital products and services.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital banking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital banking or related field.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in software development tools and technologies.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and user experience principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Technical skills: Java, Python, SQL, React, Angular.
- Soft skills: Leadership, teamwork, adaptability.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
