About the role

Prysmian USA is seeking a Room System Administrator to join our team in McKinney, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, specifically in room system administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain room systems including HVAC, lighting, security, and AV equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for room system issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of room systems.
• Develop and implement best practices for room system management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with room system administration and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS).
• Experience with network management and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of data center operations and server management.

Pay

Schedule

The schedule for this role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
