About the Role

Provides leadership and manages patient care in home therapies programs, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective operations. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote program growth, patient retention, and compliance. Oversees staff, training, equipment, and quality improvement initiatives, while managing budgets and program results. Ensures regulatory adherence and maintains staff competency in dialysis care. Responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing team members to foster a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple home therapies programs, including operations, staffing, and growth strategies.
  • Lead patient care from admission to discharge, ensuring safety and effective therapy delivery.
  • Oversee staff training, equipment management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
  • Supervise staff performance, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with current licensure.
  • Minimum one year nursing experience and six months dialysis nursing experience.
  • 3+ years supervisory or program management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • CPR certification required, with ongoing maintenance.

Physical & Working Conditions

Involves direct patient care, heavy lifting, equipment operation, and travel between locations. Work environment includes health care settings with potential exposure to infectious materials. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.
