Role Overview

Responsible for managing quality patient care within an independent home therapy program, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards. Provides leadership, coaching, and development for staff, overseeing operations, staffing, and program growth. Manages patient care from admission to discharge, coordinating treatment plans, education, and troubleshooting for patients with End Stage Renal Disease. Ensures staff are trained, competent, and adhere to policies, while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, participates in strategic planning, and manages resources effectively.
