About the Role
The Shuttle Supervisor CDL oversees the operations of a location(s) under the direction of the Operations Manager to ensure 24/7 professional shuttle management. This role supports programs and initiatives from the home office and addresses the individual needs of operational teams at assigned location(s).
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and develop the shuttle team at Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW).
- Supervise and direct the activities of on-site shuttle employees.
- Identify high-potential employees to support organizational growth.
- Ensure drivers follow proper routes, provide excellent customer service, and maintain schedules.
- Execute plans for opening newly assigned client routes as requested.
- Assist management in meeting contractual agreement requirements.
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports.
- Provide feedback to management about employee performance and concerns.
- Implement and complete projects, programs, and initiatives as they arise.
- Communicate effectively during operational emergencies.
- Organize and supervise irregular or unanticipated peak business operations.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must possess a Class B License with passenger, air brake, and medical endorsements.
- Experience driving shuttles with air brakes.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working and supervising a shuttle program with Class B drivers.
- Experience with DOT compliance.
- Experience with regular maintenance and 45-day inspections of shuttle programs (preferred but not required).
- 1+ years in a supervisory role (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and transportation-related software/applications.
- Schedule flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional work outside regular hours.

Physical Demands
- Able to work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting throughout a shift.
