Job Description
The Development Coordinator (DC) supports the Director of Development and Land Team in delivering finished lots, commercial sites, and backbone infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
- Thorough records management of development-related documents
- Aid in bid and contract document generation and coordination
- Manage development invoices and contractor payments
- Coordinate permit applications and utilities
- Oversee office operations and invoicing
- Support team building events and conference room logistics
- Maintain and communicate with stakeholders
Key Deliverables
Responsibilities include:
- Administer construction contracts and change orders
- Track and manage development invoices
- Manage and update development plans
- Report safety incidents and monitor corporate safety program
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks
- Support the Declarant role with HOA property manager
