Summary of Responsibilities
- Departmental Coordination: Project & Fundraising Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the AVP for Development and the Major and Planned Gifts team.
- Sustain a metrics-driven culture by assisting the AVP in the development, tracking, and communication of activity and outcome goals.
- Coordinate, maintain, and monitor project plans and timelines for key initiatives.
- Provide direct clerical, logistical, and administrative support to individual Major and Planned Gifts fundraisers.
- Support Development-specific events and travel-related logistics.
- Enter, maintain, and update data related to fundraising activities.
- Help ensure that data standards and business processes are understood and followed.
- Provide occasional front-desk coverage for the Advancement Office.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an administrative, project management, development, or related role.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working with data and technology, including experience with databases or CRMs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to and experience with advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Pay
The expected salary range for this job opportunity is: $31.25 - $32.70 per hour. The salary offered will vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to relevant education, training, and experience, tenure status, and other nondiscriminatory business considerations.
