Detroit - Accounting and Finance Professionals – Senior Associates, Associate Managers & Managers

About the role

We are seeking experienced accounting and finance professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a background in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior auditor. CPA certification is preferred but not required. Candidates should have experience in both external auditing and corporate accounting or finance at a large public corporation.

Responsibilities

• Tackle unique, challenging, and one-of-a-kind projects for major corporations
• Participate in IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, and carve-outs
• Provide value-added service to clients and internal Firm teams
• Contribute to the growth of the local office and the Firm as a whole

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
• Experience in external auditing and corporate accounting or finance at a large public corporation
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc.)

• Strong computer desktop skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
