Responsibilities
- Influence the company products and solutions for business units
- Drive transformational strategies with named industry accounts
- Build relationships with C-suite executives of enterprise customers
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive the company product purchases
- Manage business relationships with various ecosystem partners
- Identify growth and upselling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Gather customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in managing end-customer accounts
- Understanding and experience with ecosystem partners
- Knowledge of IT industry trends like AI and Cloud solutions
- Must reside in Detroit or greater Michigan area
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time
