Responsibilities

  • Influence the company products and solutions for business units
  • Drive transformational strategies with named industry accounts
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives of enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive the company product purchases
  • Manage business relationships with various ecosystem partners
  • Identify growth and upselling opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in managing end-customer accounts
  • Understanding and experience with ecosystem partners
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends like AI and Cloud solutions
  • Must reside in Detroit or greater Michigan area
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time
