Atlanta - Accounting and Finance Professionals – Senior Associates, Associate Managers & Managers

About the role

We are seeking experienced accounting and finance professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a combination of experience from large public corporations and external audit firms, with at least two years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior auditor.

Responsibilities

• Tackle unique, challenging, and one-of-a-kind projects for Fortune 1000 and other large companies.
• Work on IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and other critical financial and accounting projects.
• Provide value-added service to clients and build strong relationships within the firm and with clients.
• Contribute to the growth of the local office and the Firm overall through entrepreneurial spirit and participation in business development and recruiting.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience as an external auditor from large CPA firms, with at least two years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior auditor.
• CPA or progress towards CPA certification.
• Corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables, etc.).
