Senior Account Executive

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who can build strong relationships with clients, manage cross-channel marketing programs, and assist managers in presenting client work. You will collaborate with the Associate Director to enhance innovative campaigns and work closely with junior to mid-level clients.
Responsibilities
- Knows client's business, brand, economics, customer insights, marketing strategy/channels, and competitive analysis
- Understands and articulates overall program strategy, objectives, measurement strategy, and relevant results for programs
- Brings creative strategies, test-and-learn plans, offer strategies, and channel/site strategies to the table
- Works as a primary point of contact for junior to mid-level clients, focusing on identifying opportunities and ideas for cross-capability teams
- Collates client feedback and leads discussions with internal team members
- Produces clear, concise, error-free communications (written and verbal) tailored to specific audiences, including clear expectations and action requests
- Begins to lead status meetings and sets clear expectations for tasks and deliverables
- Identifies potential financial issues related to the project and escalates appropriately
- Collaborates with the centralized scoping group to develop accurate and informed scopes of work, including schedules and budgets using appropriate tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel)
Qualifications
- Four-year degree
- 2-4 years of experience in a creative agency setting
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office
- Familiarity with MS Access
- Email and search engine marketing experience
- Eagerness to lead a team
- Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
