About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. Our Strategic Accounts team is looking for an exceptional Senior Account Executive to join our specialist community of talented experts. You will be the trusted advisor to our most valued clients and play a critical role in the growth of strategic enterprise accounts. You will be tasked with thoughtful business expansion within the client base, and radiate across lines of business, while establishing deep client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans to manage a territory's activity and development.
- Oversee client relationship mapping to Client Success, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team (Solutions Specialist, Success Resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.).
- Listen, identify, and understand client's needs and deliver to their expectations.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way.
- Create sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and other meetings with the client's leadership team to drive strategic alignment, product education, and growth opportunities.
- Align internally with sales, deployments, marketing, and solutions teams to evolve our product and service.
- Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment.
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding quota targets.
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Pebl's products and services, marketplace served, competitive landscape, and other business issues relevant to the position.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans to manage a territory's activity and development.
- Strong ability to create sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral.
- Strong consultative customer service and project management style.
- Drive, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating unparalleled customer experiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role within Enterprise software sales.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow-through skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills as well as demonstration of effective virtual teaming.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly.

Compensation Range: $110K
