About the role
We're looking for an engaging, creative, and thoughtful human to speak the language of marketers and be a true champion of our customers' brands. This role is for the Senior Account Executive at Tracksuit.
Responsibilities
- Grow new business revenue and new customer acquisition (sales role)
- Work with the US Sales manager and wider Sales team to develop and iterate the sales strategy and processes
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing business - including multi-channel outreach, social media, email, and phone calls at scale
- Deliver effective and engaging product demonstrations of the value of Tracksuit, tailored to clients' needs through storytelling, case studies, and other materials
- Closing ~$1m of US-based ARR in the first 12 months
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience and success in a quota-carrying role, preferably in SaaS, martech, advertising, or media sales start-up
- Excellent results in B2B outbound sales, demos via video conferencing, and enthusiasm to improve and execute
- The capability, confidence, and willingness to manage an entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing business (we can turn deals around in about 30 days, so you won’t get bored)
- Experience in mid-market to enterprise selling

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Passion for brand building and understanding of consumer behavior
- Experience with CRM systems and sales software

Pay
$200,000 - $200,000 per year (OTE package)
