Cleveland - Accounting and Finance Professionals – Senior Associates, Associate Managers & Managers
About the role
We are seeking experienced accounting and finance professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a background in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior auditor. CPA certification or progress towards it is preferred, but not required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) rules and standards, and excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
Responsibilities
- Tackle unique, challenging, and one-of-a-kind projects for Fortune 1000 and other large companies.
- Work on IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and other critical financial and accounting projects.
- Gain valuable experiences to enhance marketability and advance careers.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 2 years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior auditor.
- CPA certification or progress towards it.
- Experience in corporate accounting and/or finance at a large public corporation.
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in GAAP and FASB rules and standards.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
