About the role
We are seeking experienced accounting and finance professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a background in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior auditor. CPA certification or progress towards it is preferred, but not required. Candidates should have experience in both external auditing and corporate accounting or finance at a large public corporation.
Responsibilities
- Tackle unique, challenging, and one-of-a-kind projects for Fortune 1000 and other large companies.
- Work on IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and other critical strategic financial projects.
- Provide value-added service to clients and build strong relationships within the firm and with clients.
- Contribute to the growth of the local office and the firm as a whole through entrepreneurial spirit and participation in business development and recruiting.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience as an external auditor from large CPA firms, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience in corporate accounting and/or finance at a large public corporation.
- CPA certification or progress towards it.
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in GAAP and FASB rules and standards.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc.).

- Advanced computer desktop skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
