Boston - Accounting and Finance Professionals – Senior Associates, Associate Managers & Managers
About the role
We are seeking experienced accounting and finance professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in accounting or finance, preferably from large CPA firms or large public corporations. A CPA or progress towards one is preferred, but not required. We seek individuals who can demonstrate excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in GAAP and FASB rules and standards.
Responsibilities
- Tackle unique, challenging, and one-of-a-kind projects for major corporations
- Participate in IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, and carve-outs
- Contribute to the growth of the local office and the Firm overall
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, Firm leadership, and peers
- Engage in business development and recruiting activities
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, including at least one busy season as a senior auditor
- Experience from large CPA firms or large public corporations
- CPA or progress towards one
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB rules and standards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
