Job Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support for multiple state agencies in downtown Frankfort, KY. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software, assisting end users, and managing support requests through a ticketing system such as ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality support.
