About the role
Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency.
Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices in the allocated location.
Responsibilities
- Configures, installs and maintains computer software & Peripheral systems for users.
- Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner (within SLA).
- Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues.
- Familiarity on updating the tickets (Incidents / service requests) in Jira (Ticketing tool).
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge on Windows 10 troubleshooting and imaging process (optional).
- LAN, WAN knowledge.
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Should be able to lift and shift (Desktops, Printers, Etc.).
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
