About the role

Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency.

Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices in the allocated location.

Responsibilities

  • Configures, installs and maintains computer software & Peripheral systems for users.
  • Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner (within SLA).
  • Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues.
  • Familiarity on updating the tickets (Incidents / service requests) in Jira (Ticketing tool).

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge on Windows 10 troubleshooting and imaging process (optional).
  • LAN, WAN knowledge.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
  • Should be able to lift and shift (Desktops, Printers, Etc.).

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
