Position Overview
To provide technical support for network printers and assist in the configuration and modification of printer admin settings via IP access.
Requirements
- Experience supporting network printers from various manufacturers such as HP, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Brother, Lexmark, Konica Minolta, etc.
- Proficiency in logging into printer web interfaces and modifying network settings, firmware, SMTP, and address books.
- Familiarity with printer admin settings and IP address connectivity.
- Able to work within a team environment and meet weekly performance metrics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project setting with minimal supervision.
