Qualifications Current California LVN or RN license in good standing.Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.Prior charge nurse, desk nurse, or supervisory experience is highly desirable.Strong leadership, communication, clinical, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and effectively manage a fast-paced clinical environment.Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
