About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serving as a key liaison between administration, management, and staff.
- Supervising nursing staff, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
- Assuming patient care duties as needed and building meaningful patient relationships.
- Ensuring seamless care delivery and fostering a supportive, team-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure per state requirements.
- BSN preferred; ACLS certification within one year; CRRN certification within eligibility period.
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Leadership experience such as charge nurse or similar role.
