About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs
- Supervising nursing staff
- Ensuring quality care delivery
- Acting as a liaison between administration and clinical teams
- Monitoring staff performance
- Conducting evaluations
- Providing on-the-spot feedback
- Engaging directly in patient care, building meaningful relationships to support recovery
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as per state regulations
- BSN preferred
- ACLS certification within one year
- CRRN certification within one year of eligibility
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or supervisory role, responsible for staff and patient outcomes
Skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to supervise, evaluate, and develop staff
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster teamwork
