About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
- Supervising nursing care, treatments, and services during assigned shifts or units.
- Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and managing disciplinary actions.
- Assuming patient care responsibilities when needed and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
- Celebrating patient progress and advocating for quality care.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications obtained within specified timeframes.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or team lead, responsible for staff oversight and accountability.
