About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead outpatient rehabilitation care with compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs
- Supervising nursing staff
- Ensuring quality treatment
- Acting as a liaison between administration and staff
- Monitoring staff performance
- Providing feedback
- Conducting evaluations
- Managing patient relationships to support successful recovery
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as per state regulations
- BLS certification
- ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within designated timeframes
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience, including leadership roles responsible for staff and patient outcomes
