Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential clients through networking and cold calling
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Present project proposals and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction or related industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
