Design Sales Consultant

TAC Franchising LLC, consisting of Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up, serves Metro Atlanta with kitchen and bathroom remodeling services. We are building an employee-ownership culture and plan to grow significantly, offering career advancement opportunities up to senior management.

About the role

We are seeking experienced residential in-home sales professionals in the kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling space who are motivated by generous commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales using a proven consultative sales process to discover client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Gather project-related product information to present solutions to clients.
• Prepare full kitchen and/or bathroom remodel renderings using 20/20 Design or other design software.
• Create and present proposals to clients with the goal of closing sales.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the process and celebrate project completion to create "Raving Fans."
• Attend in-person weekly sales team meetings on Wednesdays and sales coaching sessions as needed.

Requirements

• Proven in-home sales experience in the kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling space with revenue and profitability knowledge.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong moral character.
• Results- and growth-oriented mindset.
• Three references from previous supervisors.

Schedule

• Wednesday: Half-day in-office (8 AM – 12 PM).
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 11 AM, 2 PM, and/or 5 PM consultations (max two per day).
• Minimum two Saturdays per month: 10 AM and/or 1 PM consultations.
• Minimum one evening per week: 5 PM consultation.

Compensation

• Generous commission structure: 5%–15% of sales, plus 1%–3% additional commission on self-generated leads.
• Up to $10,000 monthly performance-based bonuses in addition to commissions.
• Quarterly and annual Top Performers bonuses and awards.
• "Forgivable Draw" of $3,000 per month for the first two months.
• Annual earnings potential: $150,000 – $300,000.
