Design Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
- Experience selling value, not price.
- Experience using a consultative sales approach, using advanced listening/questioning skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment with an emphasis on the customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that are customer-centric, warm, engaging, and persuasive.
- Must have a keen eye for design (although this is NOT an Interior Design position).
- Able to maintain a high-level of positive energy and a temperament to adapt to a wide variety of customer personalities, tastes, and styles.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to sales success.
- Able to be collaborative with co-workers, follow established processes, and make valuable contributions to the team.
- Have an ongoing desire to improve and learn.

Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.

Pay
$50,000/yr after completing a comprehensive 6-12-month training program, you'll be eligible for generous monthly bonus opportunities based on your individual performance.
Schedule
Full-time position following a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
