Key Responsibilities
- Regularly identify recruitment opportunities at events and the planning and execution of staffing those events
- Stand up recruitment events like block parties, cookouts, tailgates, and campus events to recruit applicants
- Draft recruitment language for texting scripts and for other forms of recruitment
- Oversee junior level staff who will assist with recruitment efforts
- Work interdepartmentally to identify recruitment opportunities through digital or paid media opportunities
- Be primarily responsible for meeting quantitative goals set by the Special Projects Director
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a field or organizing role on political campaigns
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in common productivity and data tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to take initiative
- Experience with relational organizing programs is preferred, but not required
