About the role

The DAC, Office of Program and Project Management supports the management of construction programs and projects, serving as a strategic leader. They oversee the development and execution of a strategic vision that maximizes the long-term value and performance of the federal real estate portfolio.

  • Managed and oversaw agency-wide activities to ensure compliance with budget parameters and regulatory requirements.
  • Identified cost-saving initiatives, demonstrated fiscal responsibility, and implemented strategic financial management.
  • Ensured cost-effective program execution by identifying and implementing initiatives that adhere to Federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

This position requires full-time in-office presence. Relocation expenses and a relocation incentive may be authorized, but are not guaranteed.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory Technical Competencies:
    • Experience planning, managing, evaluating, and overseeing high-profile, multi-million dollar real estate design and construction projects.
    • Experience leading, developing, planning, and facilitating a program office.
    • Experience working with executive level colleagues, employees, customers, and other stakeholders.

Pay

$151,661 - $209,600 per year.

Schedule

Full-time in-office presence. Situational telework may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Other Conditions of Employment

  • Critical sensitive national security position requiring a Top Secret national security clearance.
  • Background investigation required.
  • Drug screening may be required.
  • Declaration for Federal Employment required.
  • Pre-appointment waiver of the requirement for a security clearance may be approved.
