The DAC, Office of Program and Project Management supports the management of construction programs and projects, serving as a strategic leader. They oversee the development and execution of a strategic vision that maximizes the long-term value and performance of the federal real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Leverages organizational knowledge to lead change and develop innovative solutions to complex programmatic challenges.
- Manages and oversees agency-wide activities to ensure rigorous adherence to budget parameters and exceptional standards of design and functionality.
- Monitors performance measures and metrics for program effectiveness, and contributes to the strategic planning process.
- Develops and implements cost-saving initiatives, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and strategic financial management.

Requirements
This position is a critical sensitive national security position. Appointment to this position requires the selectee to undergo a background investigation and receive favorable adjudication for the GSA security office to grant you a Top Secret national security clearance.
Qualifications
- Mandated Technical Competencies (MTCs): Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning, managing, evaluating, and overseeing high-profile, multi-million dollar real estate design and construction projects.
- Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs): Demonstrated commitment to the rule of law and principles of the American founding, driving efficiency, merit and competence, leading people, and achieving results.
