This position supports the programs, initiatives, and services within the Core Infrastructure Services. The position involves interacting with people at various levels, including enterprise technical staff, executive-level staff, and external staff. The primary responsibilities include conducting research and data analysis, compiling program metrics, and providing recommendations to Core Infrastructure Services. Additionally, the position will assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures for CIS. Other duties include completing miscellaneous forms, submitting them, and handling special projects and day-to-day office administration tasks as needed.
