• Lead the Guest Service Department to ensure high-quality customer experiences, sales promotions, and staff training.
• Oversee the Kitchen Department to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control, while training kitchen staff.
• Manage the People Department to hire, train, and schedule staff, and support their professional development.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with work schedules.
• Age 18 or older.
