About the Role
Lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Department Managers also lead specific areas, with responsibilities that may include managing assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, following up, and reporting results.
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Guest Service Department Manager: May include making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, sales promotions are executed well, all service staff are trained in service procedures, and Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas are organized for best service.
- Kitchen Department Manager: May include making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, food is always safe, food cost is controlled, and all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures including new menu items.
- People Department Manager: May include making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals. Also may include ensuring Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.
Pay
Starting at $18/HR.

Requirements
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with flexible schedule who likes to have fun and has the passion to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to teach and train side-by-side with your team to develop staff — effective at delegating but also lead by example
- Open availability and flexible scheduling around restaurant needs, including weekdays, nights, and weekends (restaurants operate 364 days a year, 24 hours at some locations)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- P.O.S. and Microsoft Office computer skills including Word and Excel
