Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences.
• Manage departments, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensure service staff are trained in procedures and the restaurant is organized for optimal service.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support crew members in getting off to a good start and motivating them throughout their time.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and enthusiasm for working in the McDonald’s environment.
