About the role

The job requires Restaurant Management Experience. This position offers 4 10-hour shifts per week, with 3 days off every week. Competitive pay is offered, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield medical insurance with employee and dependent premiums paid 75% from Day 1, a 401k plan with matching up to 4%, monthly bonuses, paid time off after 30 days, free food while working, 50% for the employee on days off, direct deposit, and same-day pay.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Manage Sales Promotions effectively.
• Train Service Staff in service procedures.
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, fast, and food is always safe.
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Support Crew to get off to a good start and motivate them throughout their time working there.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s restaurants.
