Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to provide a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
- Manage assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
- Oversee sales promotions and train service staff in procedures.
- Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Make sure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and controls food costs.
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
- Hire, train, and schedule crew members to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support Crew in getting off to a good start and motivating them throughout their tenure.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
