Dentist - Associate / Lead

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dentist to provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a modern, patient-centered environment. The role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of procedures including restorative, cosmetic, implant, and TMJ-related care, with a focus on whole-person health, sleep therapy, and clear aligner treatments. You will deliver exceptional member experiences through effective treatment planning, efficient workflow management, and team collaboration. Opportunities exist to take on leadership responsibilities as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members and driving clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Perform full scope of clinical procedures with a focus on quality and member education.Lead diagnosis and treatment planning, including sleep and orthodontic therapies.Manage patient schedules efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and high productivity.Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated care and continuous improvement.Mentor and lead clinical staff in a leadership role if applicable.Engage in ongoing professional development and calibration. Qualifications & Skills: DDS or DMD degree and active dental license.Minimum 2 years post-residency experience for Associate Dentists; 6+ years for Lead Dentists.CPR/BLS certification, DEA registration, Invisalign certification.Comfort with digital workflows and modern dental technology.Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.Ability to work full-time or part-time with some Saturdays.
