Associate / Lead Dentist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a modern studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operative, restorative, and cosmetic treatments
• Diagnose and manage whole-person oral health issues
• Lead cases involving malocclusion and sleep-disordered breathing
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience grounded in personalized care and empathy
• Mentor team members and lead clinical calibration and onboarding
• Manage complex cases
• Collaborate with operational staff to optimize studio performance

Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree
• Active dental license
• CPR/BLS certification
• DEA registration
• Invisalign certification
• Relevant experience (2+ years for associate, 6+ years for lead)
