Associate / Lead Dentist

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a modern studio environment. Key responsibilities include: delivering operative, restorative, and cosmetic treatments; diagnosing and managing whole-person oral health issues; leading cases involving malocclusion and sleep-disordered breathing; and ensuring an exceptional patient experience grounded in personalized care and empathy. Leadership opportunities: include mentoring team members, leading clinical calibration, onboarding, managing complex cases, and collaborating with operational staff to optimize studio performance. Qualifications: DDS/DMD degree, active license, CPR/BLS, DEA registration, Invisalign certification, and relevant experience (2+ years for associate, 6+ years for lead).
